Diane E. Hasek is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 1989. She received her undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Attorney Hasek has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1990 and the Venango County Bar Association since 1998.

Diane previously practiced in Chester County before returning to Venango County to open her law practice in Seneca, Pennsylvania in January 1998. In April 2015, her practice moved to Franklin, Pennsylvania. Since the beginning, Diane has offered her clients a family-friendly atmosphere with a supportive considerate staff.
She is proud to be a sole practitioner serving clients across Northwestern Pennsylvania for 30 years. Her practice concentrates in all areas of family law. She represents clients in a range of matters including: divorce, custody, child and spousal support, grandparents’ rights, relocation, adoption, guardianship, protection from abuse, wills and trusts, and more.
Diane is regularly appointed by the Venango County Court as a Facilitator in Children, Youth & Family Service matters. Attorney Hasek has served as conflict counsel for parents and children involved in termination of parental rights and juvenile dependency proceedings. Diane has served on the Child Development Center Board of Directors and is a past President of the Venango County Bar Association. Diane sits on the Venango County Domestic Relations Rules Committee, Child Development Center Board of Directors and is currently the President of the Venango County Bar Association. Diane served on the Venango Community Foundation Board of Directors, serving two terms as President. She also served on the Reach One Touch One Ministries, Inc. Board of Trustees, serving two terms as President.
